GGR-LB Excerpt

I pull the door open to see a man in his early twenties with a very closely cropped, almost shaved, head. He’s young and he looks it. He’s dressed in the standard black slacks and crisp white button-down shirt but there’s something almost primal about him. It’s like he’s in a costume he doesn't belong in. I wonder what he looks like when he's not working.
"Your… dinner, sir."
The room-service guy, "Kieron" according to his name tag, is giving me a slight look of surprise while trying to maintain his luxury-hotel professionalism. Is it because I'm too young to be in a hotel like this? Is he getting all judgy with me? His eyes keep darting to my middle and lingering. What is it?
I look down at myself.
"Oh fuck!"
I'm completely naked. Like, no-clothes, my-dick-is-out naked. In my haste to answer the door, I completely forgot about the bath and the nap. The towel, my only hope for modesty, is still lying way over on the bed. Worst of all, I'm hard. I must have been having some great dreams because I'm sporting some massive post-nap wood. Looking down I see a silvery drop of glistening pre-cum spill from the slit at the tip of my cockhead that barely peeks out from its foreskin covering. My entire body goes red in embarrassment.
"Uh, uh," I stammer for a good minute I'm sure.
"I can set this up for you, sir," Kieron tells me, ignoring the 800-pound boner in the room.
"Come in," I step out of the way, trying not to look my server in the eye. I grip my cock in one hand, for all the good it does. The young Brit has already seen everything I've got and hiding it now is completely pointless. Yet, still I try. He gives me a reassuring don't-worry-I've-seen-it-all smile. He wheels the cart into the room, circling around me to set it up at the table. I make a path to the bathroom to grab a robe. I clumsily bump into him as I try to pass. I suddenly feel a hand on my cock.
I freeze. Kieron stares into my eyes, completely unmoving. His eyes are so blue. And maybe just a little scary. His hand is still wrapped around my pole, which throbs with excitement. He doesn’t stroke it. He just holds it. There’s something so sexual about Kieron’s animal look. I feel like anything could happen. He raises one eyebrow as he pulls his hand over my cock and squeezes the tip of my foreskin. I can feel my pre-cum drain into his palm. He brings his hand to his mouth and licks it.
"I'm bloody hungry too!"
Before I know it, his lips attack my mouth. He kisses me roughly and I taste my own pre-cum on him. He grabs the back of my head and pulls me so close. He never takes his hand off my cock as we stand there making out. I'm naked, but Kieron is still in that formal uniform, the costume that seems so wrong on a guy so rough, so sexual. Now I'm experiencing the real Kieron. He keeps rubbing my shaft, slowly and deliberately. My foreskin rubs over my wet and sensitive dickhead. I think Kieron knows that if he goes too fast, I'll explode. He knows exactly how to work my cock. I'll bet Kieron knows a lot about cock.
I guide him, still attached by the mouth and cock, toward the bedroom. Light headed with excitement, we both fall to the ground before we can make it to the bed. We separate, but only long enough to get that unfortunate uniform off Kieron’s body. There’s a thin sheen of sweat across his skin. He smells wonderful, like a man who’s been working all day. So natural.
I stare down at his body. He has a light dusting of hair across the front of his pale skin. He’s thin but toned. He’s got the kind of hot body that doesn't get built in the gym, but by working hard and skipping meals so he can afford drinks and cigarettes. He wears a chunky metal chain around his neck that dips down to his chest. Tattoos scatter his body including a large block of text on the center of his back. But I'm not up for reading right now.
I rub my hand over the light reddish-brown fur on his chest. A dark patch leads down to his belly button and then to his crotch. His soft pubes are unshaved but there’s not a massive amount of hair there. The best part about his body is definitely his cock. It’s as big as mine, but with a longer foreskin. He has so much foreskin. I feel jealous and turned on.
"I hope you're enjoying your stay, sir," Kieron says, smiling right at me. "It’s a pleasure serving you." He looks rough, but sweet at the same time. I'm very interested in the rough part.
"Then fuck me," I tell him. My cock is painfully pulsing. My body needs to feel his dick inside of me. "Fuck me!"
We roll on the floor and I'm on top. I push our dicks together, squeezing them and letting our pre-cum run and mix down our long shafts. I moan deeply.
His smile widens as he rolls me over on to my back. "Only if you stick that bloody-huge fucking American cock deep inside me fucking hole first."
I moan again. If he keeps talking, he won't have to fuck me. I’ll cum just listening to his voice.
Kieron pins my hands with his and kisses me hard. I feel the stubble from his face. Everything about him is so rough, so wonderfully unpolished. He’s certainly not the kind of guy on those fancy British tea-and-tophat shows my mom loves to watch on PBS. He’s the type of English guy who probably knows all of the dirtiest parts of London. And they all know him. I just want to drink everything about him in. I’ve never experienced a guy like this in Texas.

Blog Tour: The Case of the Heavenly Host by: LG Fabbo-Gonnella

The Case of the Heavenly Host

(A Mark Julian, Vampire P.I. Mystery #3)

Author:  L.G. Fabbo-Gonnella
Publisher:  Ai Press; 2 edition (December 10, 2014)
Book Length:  141 pages
Genre:  Gay, Vampire, Romance, Mystery, Series

Book Blurb:
This is a series that takes place in NYC and involves a vampire, Mark Julian, who is the nephew of Augustus Caesar. He is a private investigator to the city’s supernatural community. He meets and falls in love with a human Detective named Vinnie Pasquale.

His secretary, a sex demon shape shifter named Jaime, who loves to dress in the style of  the 1940’s, assists Mark. By book two she meets her future love, Jean-Claude, the crown prince of the City’s major werewolf clan.

Mark and friends solve cases while battling wits with Tortego. He is the autocratic head of the supernatural city govt, a former head of the Spanish  Inquisition and a vampire who fears losing power to democratic counsel reformers like Jean-Claude.

By book ten you meet a cast that runs to approx., twenty and the reader not only has a mystery case in each book but also reads about power struggles, frustrated loves,  prejudice against mixed supernatural couplings etc. unfold during the books thus far.

My Thoughts:
I had not read books one and two prior to this tour so I jumped on the chance to read all three books. As a series these books kept me entertained. There was a good blend of Mystery and Paranormal and both are favorites of mine so I was all in. Once I finished book one I had to dive into books two and three right away. I will definitely be reading more by this author in the future.

Excerpt:
Together Once More

Despite Mark’s eagerness to dive right into the investigation, he realized he needed to be patient until the next day when the names Raphael promised would be provided to him. He left his office for home thinking that at the very least he could discuss the general outlines of job he was undertaking with his lover. He had long
realized that, as a NYC detective, Vinnie’s perspective on cases was a valuable resource.

Unfortunately Vinnie was not home when he arrived. Hoping to secure any possible information about the sword’s whereabouts Mark pulled out a Bible that Vinnie’s mom had given to her son.

Though there were passages mentioning the Archangel Michael, nothing in any of them indicated what had been the fate of his sword. He was soon frustrated. With no other ideas on what to do next, he decided he would try to get some much needed sleep until Vinnie’s return.

Despite his best efforts however, all he could think about his current lack of a clear plan to successfully complete the job. He was still tossing and turning in their bed at three in the morning when an exhausted Vinnie got back to their apartment. The PI heard his lover making the same type of racket he always did when he was late getting home at night, while endearingly trying not to be noisy. Somehow the brawny New York City detective was simply incapable of being quiet. Mark sighed, just happy to know his soon-to-be spouse had arrived back safely.

While he listened to Vinnie showering he wondered about the case the latter was currently assigned too.  Normally they shared the details of their respective cases, but this one had become the exception to that rule. For some reason, Vinnie was under strict orders not to divulge any of the facts about it to anyone. Although he had tried to pry something from Vinnie, the latter had insisted he had given his word of honor to keep silent. Once Mark heard that he stopped all further inquiries on the matter. Vinnie took great pride in keeping his promises and he did not want to be the cause of the detective not keeping such a commitment. Vinnie’s belief in keeping one’s personal integrity was another quality that bound them even closer.

He heard the shower go off and then a few minutes later, Vinnie’s quiet footsteps moving toward their bed.  Bad day, hon?” Mark quizzed.

“Always a bad day,” Vinnie muttered. “About to get better.”

In a few seconds Mark felt the powerful presence of his lover’s  well-muscled, taller frame spooning close to his own back. Mark wanted to inform Vinnie right away about the day’s events.

Vinnie’s actions however, clearly indicated he had something other  than a nice chat in his mind. As he felt the heat of his lover’s torso pressed against him, Mark decided to simply enjoy the moment.

They had the rest of the night to discuss the location of a sword.

“God, I miss you every second of every waking moment.” Vinnie  kissed Mark’s ear before beginning a sensual nibbling. His bristly five o’clock shadow erotically scraped along the surface of the side of Mark’s neck. The vampire felt his heart beat faster as familiar sensations of pure arousal flared.

“Oh, you do, huh,” Mark whispered as he pushed himself  backward into Vinnie’s powerful embrace. He sensually wiggled his rump against Vinnie’s aroused manhood until, as he hoped, he felt his partner moan with delight.

“Oh, babe,” Vinnie grunted as he pulled Mark tighter towards him.

The detective kissed the now tender skin of Mark’s neck. His warm breath brushed against the vampire’s hair. “More,” Mark mumbled as he used his hips to wiggle his rump faster across Vinnie’s growing erection.

“Fuck,” Vinnie gasped as he humped against Mark’s backside.

Soon both men were fully erect.

“Definitely.” Mark sighed.

“Oh babe, I’m so beat I don’t think I have the energy.” Vinnie chuckled, even as the erection that was pressing on Mark’s rear seemed to indicate otherwise.

Mark shifted around so that he could face Vinnie. His own respectable arousal now pressed against his lover’s. “Really? Too tired?” He teased as he leaned his head forward towards Vinnie’s so they could kiss. Vinnie’s slowly traced the outline Mark’s lips with the tip of his tongue while Mark let his right hand descend between their bodies to fondle Vinnie’s nipples. This action brought gasps from his partner as they stiffened under Mark’s grip.

“Well, maybe not that tired.” Vinnie groaned as he reached downward to firmly take their joint hardness into a grip of his own.

He slowly pumped them both as they continued kissing. By now their bodies were sweating. “Mark, I love you man.” Vinnie hissed in the height of ecstasy, as he rested his head on Mark’s shoulder.

“Same, babe.” Mark let himself float on the erotic stimulations being created by Vinnie’s expert mutual masturbation. Soon Vinnie was nipping on Mark’s ear, knowing this drove the latter to an even higher state of arousal. Mark responded by increasing his own manual stimulation of Vinnie’s nipples. With the patient skill of longtime sexual partners, each had by now an instinctive knowledge of precisely what turned on the other. The room filled with their panting. Mark knew that both were edging closer towards a climax.

“Aw yes.” Vinnie groaned………………..

Excerpt:

Boston, Massachusetts
“In other world news tonight, in Tokyo, Japan, a serial killer has been terrorizing the eastern portion of the city for the last six months.”
John reached out to switch off the set, but something held him back.
“The Ronin Killer, has been dubbed so by Tokyo Metropolitan Police because of the use of a samurai sword to spear his victims.”
John sat at full attention, uncertain whether it was the military man in him, or the empathic psychic. Old habits didn’t just die hard, they went kicking and screaming. He stared at the screen. Police were loading sheet-covered corpses, apparently two bodies together, into the medical van outside of what appeared to be a fancy hotel. The top of the sheet protruded upward, attesting to the sword. It was obvious the killer had skewered his victims together. Christ…
“The Ronin Killer, so named after the masterless samurai warriors of Japan,” the anchorwoman went on, “refers to the manner in which the killer chooses his victims, seemingly at random, and then murders them with a samurai weapon. Police have been frustrated in the efforts to capture the Ronin Killer before his next strike. Their only clue is the manner in which two victims are killed at once, either in an embrace or during sexual intercourse.”
“Damn,” John murmured, a sick feeling rising in his gut. He continued to watch the footage.
“Police Inspectors Natsuka Yamamoto and Toshiro Genjin of the Criminal Investigation Bureau have been on the case since the first victims appeared nearly six months ago. They refused to comment on the string of murders.”
The cameras zoomed in on the two men. They were leaving the building. A middle-aged, shorter man walked in front of the other detective, seeming to shield him, but the cameras managed to catch glimpses of the second detective. A few seconds sufficed for John to see that the younger man was slim and handsome. John’s heart sped up slightly. The detective’s ebony hair framed an angular face in sexy layers that curled over his collar.
John watched the screen, his gaze glued on the taller figure of the young detective until he was no longer visible. The segment ended and John switched off the set. He shook his head. There was a time when he would have immediately booked a flight to Tokyo and turned up at the police station, offering his services to catch the killer. Hell, that Japanese detective was almost good-looking enough to pull him from his rest cure. However, his nerves were still shot from the series of cases he’d worked on with police over the last few years. Four months hadn’t proved to be enough of a vacation. His hands had only stopped shaking in the last week.

He pushed the image of that guy from his mind, fighting back the nagging spirals of heat whispering about in his long-neglected groin area. John Holmes filled his days with walks in the park, counseling at the VA, and whatever leisure and athletic activities would keep him fit between reading trashy detective novels and staring into space. No antique stores for him, nor any other place where the lives of the dead could crash in on him. No touching other people so he could experience all their grief and anguish and learn their deepest secrets. He didn’t even take his reading material from the library or get it at used bookstores because he’d sense the lives of the people who’d touched the book before him. He was resting until his own soul told him he was ready again.

My Thoughts:

Let me start by saying this is the first book I read by Sedonia Guillone and I was impressed. I enjoyed the overall flow of the story and the writing pulled me in.
Somehow I missed the paranormal angle in the blurb and was not expecting that so that was certainly a pleasant surprise. There was a lot of  different things about the Japanese culture in this book and I really enjoyed reading and learning about them.
I will be on the lookout for more of Sedonia's books in the future.

Blog Tour: Love You Senseless by Susan Mac Nicol

Book Blurb:

One of London’s up-and-coming chefs, Eddie Tripp has just the right recipe to drive tragedy from the mind of Gideon Kent—and leave him senseless with desire.

THE MEN OF LONDON
From Soho to Norwich, there’s no escaping love.

A TASTE OF FOREVER
An award-winning chef with his own restaurant and an inexhaustible passion, Gideon Kent once had everything. Then came tragedy. It stole more than Gideon’s home. He hasn’t cooked since.

Until Eddie Tripp. Fun-loving and vivacious, the Norfolk redhead’s a real up-and-comer in Gideon’s kitchen—and other places. Slim where Gideon’s broad, easy-going where Gideon is growly, he and Gideon seem polar opposites, and yet Eddie conjures flavors that would tempt anyone with a taste for perfection. The sauce of love is already simmering, and this pair is about to dine on the most delicious dish they’ve ever prepared. Because Eddie’s been Gideon’s missing ingredient all along.

My Thoughts:
Wow! Just....wow! When I first started reading I was so sure I was not going to like Gideon at all. As I kept on reading that definitely changed, he had several reasons why he was so harsh and well, he was downright mean.
Eddie is a sous chef in Gideon's restaurant. He is really good at his job but is a bit clumsy with the kitchen ware. I loved Eddie straight away, it was just Gideon I had to warm up to. Together they were a force to be reckoned with!
I couldn't put the book down and before I knew it I was done. It was very well written and the story had an excellent flow. I will definitely be recommending this book!

Excerpt:
It was around seven o’clock when he made his way back from a quick meeting with Sarah and heard giggles and deep masculine laughter from Carmen’s office. He’d thought about Carmen’s words earlier and decided that perhaps he might have an early night and get upstairs by eight tonight. He wasn’t going to Bon Appétit, not on a goth night—Gideon shivered at the thought—but he might start that DVD box set he had of Game of Thrones. A night in sounded like a plan. He had plenty in his kitchen to eat and he was sure he could knock up something nutritious if not tasty. He still cooked for himself as it was plain, simple food that didn’t need much effort. Eating nowadays for him was a means to end and no longer any form of enjoyment.

He wandered over to Carmen’s office, jacket slung over his arm, and stood at the door. He stopped dead, his heart beating like a pacemaker gone wrong and his dick instantly standing to attention at the scene before him. Eddie stood with his back to him, in black skin-tight leather trousers, and Gideon could hardly drag his eyes away. The leather fabric hugged a taut, round backside, clearly defined in its two parts and leaving little to the imagination. His feet were encased in high-heeled, studded boots that made his normal five-foot-five or -six height closer to eye level at Gideon’s just over six-foot. Eddie wore a black, silky, skin-tight tank top, showing off well-defined arms and pecs that Gideon didn’t even know he had. Eddie tended to wear loose tee shirts and baggy jeans most of the time.

This strongly muscled, very sexy figure was miles away from the Eddie that cooked in the kitchen.
Gideon felt faint.

Eddie’s rich red hair was streaked with what looked like black boot polish and he had long gold hoop earrings in both ears. He looked like pure sin on legs and Gideon wanted to sin with him, oh so badly.

Finding a love for writing, alongside his artistic hand, gave him inspiration to design and write this M/M romance Novel. Gregory and Scott are still together and are currently enjoying home life in South Florida.

Excerpt:

“Okay, I’m sorry,” Kellan said. “I only wanted your first flight to be memorable. Next time I’ll  go easy on you.”

“Ppphh! Next time?” Neil spat and started to walk away. “I don’t think so, there isn’t going to be a next time.”

“Get over here.” Still chuckling in a playful manner, Kellan reached for Neil’s wrist and  tugged. “Yes there will be, and I promise I’ll go easy on you.”

Neil jerked and spun into Kellan’s arms, hitting his chest hard. It seemed warmer this time and what Neil liked most of all was when Kellan wrapped his feathery wings around him for that added hug. And then there was the kiss. Another beautiful kiss that transported them to a world of their own and just like before, it was perfect.

Hardly a minute had passed when the thrill of the other’s touch set off definite arousal inside both their jeans that fought like hell to bust loose and connect in a way that only two men could.

Neil brought his hands to Kellan’s bare chest and stroked it. If he wasn’t mistaken, his chest wasn’t as smooth as it was before, maybe superfine feathers like the downy growth found on a newborn bird. It was shadow black where they were at and the darkness kept Neil from being able to tell for sure, but his exploring hands that roamed Kellan’s chest made him grow much harder than he was just seconds ago.

The low moans that came out of Kellan told Neil that whatever was happening between them needed to continue. When he felt Kellan’s tongue push between his teeth, he took that as proof that the angel wanted more of him.

Was it a good thing or a bad idea?

The night air was still, too still, almost peculiar enough to be a bad sign. It was like the calm before an approaching storm.

Neil longed for more of Kellan, but wasn’t sure it was the best thing for them to do. The idea of getting wrapped up with an angel who just escaped a top-secret government facility might not be a good one. He desperately tried to put his mind elsewhere, anywhere but on the man he was kissing. Anywhere in the universe would do fine, but the thought change wasn’t working to save his ass – he was hooked.

My Thoughts:
When I accepted this story for review I thought I was getting into a paranormal angel story, but boy oh boy was I wrong! Needless to say I was sucked in from the beginning and held captive until I had finished the book. Not only was I not ready for it to be over, but I want more!
What I ended up getting was so much more than a paranormal romance, this book is full of action, I mean non-stop- interrupting the naughty bits- until I wanted to scream at my kindle- full of action! I loved it!
As the story begins Kellen is escaping from a lab... yep that's right a lab, but not just any lab, a full on government experiments, conspiracy theory kind of lab! See what I mean... soooo not your everyday paranormal romance. Like I said earlier, the naughty bits kept getting interrupted so when they finally get to the good stuff there is a twist thrown in there too and it was awesome!
I really don't want to spoil much for any of you potential readers, but I have to say you don't want to miss the scene where they are fucking while flying! Hell yes, I was thrilled! I am definitely recommending this story to everyone looking for a thrill ride and something new.
